Spring Break Library Hours (March 3rd - March 12th, 2017)
Einstein's Bros Bagels will close Thursday, March 2nd at 1:30 p.m. and reopen 7:30 a.m. on Monday, March 13th.

"Los Ambulantes Vendadores" installation

Robert Bubp, Associate Professor of Foundation, Painting, & Drawing, Wichita State University, has installed several multi-media pieces in the Everett Gallery, Hewes Library. 

The installation, featuring video projection, photographs, and paintings on metal explore Bubp's feelings as a tourist in Mexico and in Los Angeles, California where he observed the struggle in use of public space by street vendors. The exhibit is open to the public until March 24th.  http://robertbubp.com

Link Google Scholar to Library Resources

Researchers use Google Scholar for locating extremely recent research, identifying materials outside a discipline, and full-text deep discovery.  These types of searches complement subscription-based research tools provided by the library such as PsycInfo, ERIC and HeinOnline.

It is possible to link Hewes Library full text subscriptions to Google Scholar results, thus increasing full text access to resources.  The easy, three-step process is outlined on this Google Scholar research guide:
