The current book display in Hewes Library showcases the works of many influential black literary women noted for their contributions to both civil rights and women’s rights.
Curated by Monmouth College student, Jazzmine, a member of Umoja, a campus student organization that promotes African American culture, Jazzmine hopes the display “sparks your interest and motivates you to check something out!”
Visit the display on the east side of the main floor.
