Recognizing Professor McNamara

Hewes Library recognized Monmouth College Professor Emeritus of English, Jeremy McNamara, on his recent birthday with a library proclamation. The certificate, signed by library director Sarah Henderson and Dean of the College, Mark Willhardt, declared January 25th to be “R. Jeremy McNamara Day” in appreciation of his longstanding patronage of Hewes Library.

Professor McNamara taught in the English Department of Monmouth College from 

1964–1995 and is a regular visitor to Hewes Library winter, spring, summer and fall.
